Tom Ford’s beauty inspiration was a throwback from his 1996 runway shows! As the saying goes “what’s old is new again in the world of fashion and beauty!” According to makeup artist Diane Kendal the models cheekbones are sharply contoured, the eyelids are softly smoked out with shimmering effects. The lips are seductive with a neutral pout. The models looked undeniably sexy, bringing to life slicked hair which was parted on the side and accessorized with rhinestone clips! Everything was styled with a lady-like elegance! Tre’ chic and well done Tom Ford! Well done! Photo Credit- Gregory- Scaffidi-GORUNWAY

Bring on the metallic finishes, eye-shadows in every shade of the rainbow! We are here for it!
Backstage looks from Anna Sui’s Spring 2022 show Pink and Red eye shadows wow! Who knew this could be trend worthy! Leave it to Pat McGrath better know as the Worlds most influential Make-up Artist and founder of Pat McGrath Labs! Her technique here makes it wearable for any skin tone she explained, “I think if the pink was on the eyes alone, it would look a lot more drawn, a little more pale. It’s adding that kiss of color to the cheeks as well that gives it that beautiful effect!” We couldn’t agree more!

When McGrath debuted her powder blush last spring, it was with this exact integrated approach she had in mind. “That’s how we launched blush, using it around the eyes and making it a whole statement of blush — blush isn’t just that thing that you add for a glow; it can also be an eye statement,” she said. Well Prima she has done it again, every-time we think there’s nothing new to see regarding makeup looks on the Catwalk, then we remember there is Pat McGrath!

New York Fashion Week is back in a big way. The Spring 2022 Runway shows returned to glamour, not to mention major inspiration when it comes to makeup, hair and nails. At the Alice + Olivia Autumn 2022 show the KISS brand ambassador and nail artist Gina Edwards used the line’s to light up the shiny black base to complement the black fierce eye-shadow. Edwards used Kiss Nail Art Rhinestones on a black nail-polish base to create the rhinestone-embellished manicures worn by the runway models.

Spring/Summer 2022 is the perfect moment to try fierce nail art! Edwards created a dazzling crystal French manicure using Kiss products, and we think we have a new trend on our hands. Thankfully, the Spring season offered plenty of playful options. Everything from french manicures and notice-me jewels. The gems made for eye-catching nail art, adding an element of glam to the looks but in a subtle and understated way.

For the Anna Sui’s Spring 2022 runway show the backstage legend Pat McGrath dreamed up a blush-on-blush look, sweeping pink pigment in Electric Bloom and Love struck over models’ cheeks as well as their eyelids, blending it out into a soft but vibrant halo. She even turned up the fire to liven things up and added her signature luminosity, McGrath dabbed metallic silver eye shadow on the lids, keeping it very centers and highlight the eyes. She also placed silver at the inner corners, over the tear ducts, for more drama. Bold lip color and Liquid liner allowed for that real wow factor!

The Runways for Spring/Summer 2022 is all about Candy-Colored Eye Makeup! This beauty trend is having a major moment in runway makeup looks! Can we say pop of color! The look is fresh, bright, striking and electric! The Spring 2022 runways at New York Fashion Week seem to showcase a slew of designers choosing candy-colored eye-shadows and eyeliners in hues of bubblegum pink, Lemon-head yellow, minty aqua, licorice red, and artificial raspberry blue to accompany their latest collections. This makeup trend is all about more-is-more! And we couldn’t agree more! No pun intended! This image is a beauty look from Tanya Taylor Spring 2022!
