It remains to be seen whether  color will  pop up on the Spring/Summer 2019 runways, but it seems that this might be the year that minimal colored finally takes off. One thing is for certain—whether it’s a splash of turquoise on the lashes or a full on shaded lid, the oceanic hue is blue eye makeup which has been spotted on both the runway and the red carpet this season, but it’s also definitely doable in everyday life. The best part about this anything-but-basic hue is that anyone can pull it off. What ever look you are going for this season just remember to have fun!

One of the fashion industry’s strategies to ride out the tough economic climate is on a wave of tranquility, offering up beach shades of ocean blue and  aqua hues … Meanwhile, the nude shades — especially those in powdery makeup tones — are sexy and modern, and almost blending into the skin. So get creative and let these runway looks  inspire  you!
