I’m Madonna Alexis: Founder and CEO of PRIMADONNA Media and PRIMADONNA Academy, Editor-in-Chief and Publisher, ordained Minister, Mentor and Media Brand Strategist.
For more than twenty years, I have served women across ministry, beauty, fashion, marketing, branding and media. I have helped many women of all ages clarify their purpose, strengthen their positioning and become more visible in the marketplace.
But God taught me that sustainable Kingdom growth does not begin with hustling harder. It begins with surrender, healing, alignment and becoming the woman who can faithfully steward what He prepared in advance.

No. The framework serves women who are building, relaunching or already generating results but need a more aligned way to operate.

What happens after I sign up?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with access to your mentorship portal, group chat, and course content. You can also join our next live Master HER Mind Masterclass, held on Monday evenings. All sessions are held weekly on Zoom, and replays are uploaded to the portal so you won’t miss a thing.
What if I can’t attend the live calls?
No worries. All live Zoom calls are recorded, and you’ll have access to the replays.
How long does the mentorship last?
Your mentorship begins with 90 days focused on HER transformation, then continues as an ongoing experience. You’ll have access to live group coaching + mentorship sessions every Monday, plus lifetime access to all replays and recorded resources to support every stage of your spiritual + personal growth journey.
Do I need to be on camera for the mentorship Zoom meetings?
Having your camera on is recommended. During your 1:1 calls with me, I’ll show you how to BUILD HER. You’ll also experience our monthly Sisters’ Circle group growth sessions.
